Welcome to Rent the Look. By using our website, mobile application, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These terms govern your access to and use of Rent the Look's services, including all rentals, purchases, deliveries, and related features.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Rent the Look. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, contact, address) is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
We offer premium outfit rentals and optional purchases via our online platform. Our services include:
Standard rental is 3 days, starting from the time of delivery. Early pickup can be requested. Extensions must be requested before the original pickup time.
You agree to:
We auto-schedule return pickup 3 days from delivery. You are responsible for being available or rescheduling in time. Failure to return the outfit may result in additional charges.

We are not liable for delays due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.).
Rental price is displayed with each product and includes:
A fully refundable deposit is required per outfit. It is returned within 24–48 hours of successful item return and quality inspection.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Supported methods:
We do not store any payment information.
You may cancel up to 4 hours before delivery for a full refund. Post that, partial refunds may apply based on our discretion.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method. The security deposit is refunded separately.
Upon return, each item is inspected for:
If damage is beyond standard wear, repair/replacement costs will be deducted from your deposit. If damage exceeds the deposit, you may be liable for additional fees.
If the outfit is not returned within 3 days and you haven't extended the rental, you may be charged a daily late fee, and eventual retail cost if not recovered.
Once you enter checkout, the selected product is locked in your cart for 15 minutes (inventory hold). If payment is not completed within this time, the product is released and must be rebooked.
A visible session timer is displayed on the checkout page.
You may rent as a guest or registered user.
Registered users enjoy additional features:
Guests must provide correct contact and address details during checkout.
You may add products to your Wishlist regardless of availability. When the item is back in stock or not booked for a future date, we'll notify you.
Wishlist is accessible to logged-in users only.
If a rented item has no future bookings, users may see an option to Buy Now after their rental. Pricing is shown based on wear and current value.
We reserve the right to accept or deny buy requests at our discretion.
All content on Rent the Look, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is our property or licensed for use. You may not copy, reuse, or republish our content without written permission.

We do our best to ensure garments are delivered in top condition, but minor signs of wear may occur.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
