At Rent the Look, we're committed to making your rental experience smooth, stylish, and stress-free. From fast delivery to easy returns, here's everything you need to know about how we ship, collect, and manage your orders.

Shipping (Delivery)

Where We Deliver

We currently offer delivery within Gurgaon. Whether you need a last-minute look or are planning ahead, our delivery options are designed to fit your schedule.

Delivery Options

  • Express Delivery (60 Minutes): Available on select products and time slots. You'll see this option at checkout if applicable.
  • Scheduled Delivery: Choose a convenient time slot during checkout. Perfect for planning ahead for events, weddings, or shoots.

Delivery Charges

We offer free standard delivery and free pickup across all orders.

Returns (Pickup)

Auto-Scheduled Pickup

Returns are hassle-free. We auto-schedule your pickup for 3 days after delivery, at the same address used for drop-off. For example, if your outfit is delivered on June 10th, we'll schedule pickup for June 13th.

You'll be notified via WhatsApp and email 24 hours before pickup.

Pickup Guidelines

  • Ensure the outfit is repacked in the original packaging provided.
  • Please be present at the scheduled pickup time. If you need to reschedule, contact support at least 4 hours in advance.

Security Deposit & Refunds

Deposit Overview

Each product includes a refundable security deposit, shown clearly on the product page and during checkout. This helps us cover accidental damage or misuse.

Refund Timeline

Once your outfit is returned and passes our quality check:

  • Your security deposit will be refunded within 24–48 hours
  • Refund is made to the original payment method via Razorpay

What Can Delay Refunds?

  • Late returns
  • Damaged or missing items
  • Multiple reschedules of pickup

In such cases, we'll notify you with any deduction details.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund up to 4 hours before your scheduled delivery.

To cancel, use the "Cancel Order" button under the My Orders section or contact us directly.

Orders canceled after the 4-hour window may be eligible only for a partial refund, based on delivery or handling status.

Exchange or Extension

Need to extend your rental?

Use the "Extend Rental" option in your order history. Extensions are subject to availability.

Want to buy the outfit after renting?

If there are no future bookings for that product, a Buy Now option will be shown post-return. Pricing depends on usage and current condition.
